Bridging the Gap Between Feedback & Actions
Pulse was born out of the unique perspectives of its three founders, each encountering the same challenge from different vantage points. Haren, deeply entrenched in customer engagement, identified how customer insights often failed to translate into actionable decisions. Meanwhile, Alok and Vatsal, operating in product management and development, grappled with the inefficiencies of manually bridging customer feedback with innovation.
Despite coming from diverse SaaS and technology backgrounds, all three founders observed a critical gap: the disconnect between the "voice of the customer" and the actionable process. This gap negatively impacted key business metrics like churn and NPS. Additionally, they recognised that the current process relied heavily on intuition due to fragmented and siloed data, making it far from data-driven.
Haren and Alok, schoolmates, and Vatsal, a college peer of Haren, reconnected over their shared frustrations with this inefficiency. Their combined experiences and complementary perspectives laid the foundation for Pulse, driven by a mission to unify customer data and empower teams to make informed, impactful decisions.

One of the biggest misconceptions around AI in product management is that AI will replace PMs. Instead, AI will replace operational overhead—like repetitive synthesis and signal aggregation—allowing PMs to focus on strategic judgment and reducing decision latency. One of the biggest misconceptions around AI in product management is that AI will replace PMs. Instead, AI will replace operational overhead—like repetitive synthesis and signal aggregation—allowing PMs to focus on strategic judgment and reducing decision latency.
